Returns:
Pro-tip to save time and money: Measure twice, purchase once! If for any reason you would like to return your product(s), we will happily accept your return if it meets the following criteria:
- Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery
- Package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery
- All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free
- Include a note regarding the return with your Order Number

Refunds:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order will not be refunded in case of a return. We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number, to guarantee that your product is received by us.
Once a return or exchange is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 5-7 days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment. In case of cash refund, we will return the cash to you by bank deposit. Any bank charges for bank deposits is to be borne by the customer.
Exclusions:
All sales of custom products and Made-to-Order items are final and not returnable. All items marked FINAL SALE on the product page will not be applicable for return or exchange.
Defects:
In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us via email within 7 days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item. Please provide pictures of the damaged product(s).
